The rules of the road.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pagebox. By using Pagebox you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pagebox is a static-site host with access control: you upload a page (a deck, a document, a prototype, or any static HTML and its assets), Pagebox gives you one private link, and you choose who is allowed to open it. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must use a valid, verified email and provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pagebox.

• You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Pagebox the limited rights needed to store, process, and serve your content so we can provide the service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for choosing who may access it. You represent that you have the rights to upload and share it.
• Access controls reduce who can view a page, but no security is absolute. Do not rely on Pagebox as the sole safeguard for highly sensitive material.

You agree not to use Pagebox to upload, host, or share content or to take actions that:

• Are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violate the rights of others.
• Contain malware, phishing, or attempts to deceive or harm visitors.
• Distribute sexually exploitative material involving minors, or content that facilitates violence or illegal activity.
• Attempt to break out of the content sandbox, probe or circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Abuse the service through excessive load, automated scraping, or evading usage limits.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using Pagebox at any time and delete the pages you have published.

Pagebox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be retained indefinitely. We may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pagebox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pagebox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Pagebox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
